The Defiant Ones

In 2017, HBO premiered The Defiant Ones, a 4-part documentary about Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine, which chronicled their divergent roots and their unlikely partnership, addressing the moguls influence and impact on pop culture.
Beats partnered with VICE to produce 6 private screenings of The Defiant Ones for 100 influencers and VIPs across APAC & EMEA. Each screening included exclusive access to the first episode and influencer dinner / talent performance. Everything was customized for the event from the invitations, signage and food. Each screening was held at infamous venues in London, Paris, Berlin, Shanghai, Tokyo and Seoul.

We got people around the world excited about the Defiant Ones, provoking new audiences to talk about and watch the Documentary Series.
